An expert in crushing non-abrasive materials.
Primary impact crushers are preferred for their high performance and high reduction ratios in crushing soft-character substances like gypsum and limestone. Due to the different principle of crushing these materials, the reduction ratio is higher than in jaw crushers.
High percentage of cubical shape and close grain distribution.
Increased capacity with new crushing chamber design. Security sensor stops the system when the door is opened during maintenance. Lock systems prevent the machine body from closing down hazardously. Crusher body is manufactured with 20mm-thick high-quality steel plate.
Enhanced solid wear parts and liners.
Two independent upper and lower breaker plates allow the required size of the end product to be easily obtained, with protection system against blocking.
The quality of the dynamic rotor balance is G 6.3, according to ISO 1940/1.
Upper-class heavy-duty SKF bearings, with bearing temperature sensors.
Crusher productivity is directly related to maintenance and safety. Meka primary impact crushers are equipped with modern solutions to make the maintenance process more efficient and to reduce maintenance duration. This helps the crusher to operate safely and boosts productivity.
MEKA primary impact crushers are equipped with a hydraulic lifter, which allows the user to open the crusher’s superior body for easy maintenance and easy access to the rotor, blow bars and wear parts.
The automatic lubrication system ensures optimised lubrication so the crushers are lubricated the right amount at all times, no more and no less. In addition, the temperature of the bearings can be tracked from the control panel thanks to the heat sensors integrated into the bearings.

Our crushers have integrated lock systems that prevent the crusher body from closing down during maintenance. The crusher’s moving parts are behind safety covers, and the safety switches on these covers stop the system when the covers are removed accidentally. There are also safety switches on the maintenance gates, which stop the system when the gates are opened in order to prevent accidents.
